located in Surrey on the King George Hwy,
south of the Patullo Bridge.
Every Wednesday at 7 PM and Saturday (10 AM), we sell autos and cars.
The admission is free.

Buyers Protection Plans (BPP)
The Buyer Protection Plan is a program designed to give buyers
the peace of mind they want when purchasing a pre-owned vehicle
or car through the Canadian Public Auto Auction.
For only $79 the highly qualified staff of our on-site mechanical shop:
Sioux Service,
will inspect all arbitrable items while you wait.
The inspection includes:
Engine
Transmission
Differential
4WD
ABS
Airbags
Odometer
Upon completion of the inspection
you will be provided with a complete report of the findings.
In the event an item does not pass inspection,
the results are reported to our Arbitration Manager
where a resolution will be made.

Does my purchase qualify for BPP?
In order for your purchase to qualify for BPP
the vehicle must be declared BPP eligible by the seller at the time of sale.

A 90 Day re auction policy.
When you purchase a vehicle at the Canadian Public Auto Auction
with a sale price greater than $2,000.00 (excluding taxes & fees),
and are dissatisfied with it for any reason
the Canadian Public Auto Auction will re-auction the vehicle for you
and waive both the entry fee and selling fee.
The Vehicle must be returned to the Canadian Public Auto Auction within 90 days of the purchase date.

Does my purchase qualify for the Vehicle Warranty Program?
In order for your purchase to qualify for the Vehicle Warranty Program
the purchase price must exceed $1,500 before fees and taxes.
In addition, a mechanical inspection is required to ensure
there are no preexisting conditions that may void the warranty.
The inspection is done by the highly qualified staff
at our on-site mechanical shop, Sioux Service, while you wait.
